Gordon Hillegas Jr.

After serving over 15 years in the United States Air Force, Retired Captain Gordon Hillegas was very well prepared to begin a new career helping others in a new way. The mission was to transform the engrained leadership skills, trust and integrity into something people would relate to and appreciate. He found the answer in Peachtree Planning.

Since 1994, Gordon has served his clients by helping them discover and achieve their life goals. His personalized financial plans take on a "protection first" philosophy and emphasize tax efficiencies. Gordon uses a variety of financial planning tools that help him fully understand a client's present financial situation. The majority of his time is then devoted to having a working knowledge of what the client wants the future to be like. A Wish List exercise is completed before any product recommendations are offered.

With taxes and inflation likely to increase in the coming years, Gordon is particularly passionate about helping clients understanding the devastation on their assets. Some of his strategies are designed to specifically address those issues.

Gordon is licensed as a Registered Financial Consultant and can provide whatever financial strategies are required to accomplish the client's goals. He is a partner in the Rome, Georgia office of Peachtree Planning. His firm specializes in working with open minded individuals and small business owners.

Gordon has been married to his wife Jennifer for four years. They have a daughter and a son. For fun and excitement Gordon likes to ride his bicycle all over the county. He also likes to ride his Harley.
