Bill Weston joined Peachtree Planning in September 2017 as a financial representative. Before joining Peachtree Planning, he severed as the National Sales Executive for the West region of The Compliance Store. He brings an extensive background of experience that includes strategic marketing, account management, communications, business development, and leadership skills in long term care and hospice. Bill has presented at many state, regional and national conferences such as National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, North Dakota Health Care Association, American Health Care Association, and National Leading Age by developing new business and managing customer retention. He is a performance driven professional who has been highly successful at building relationships at all levels, as well as introducing products and services that provide people in the healthcare industry with solutions. These solutions help customers improve their regulatory environment, save time, and increase revenue while providing excellent resident care.
Prior to The Compliance Store, Bill served as the executive account manager at Optum RX, also known as HospiScript Services, LLC, where he was the liaison between customer and pharmacy network. He consulted with clinical pharmacist and local pharmacies to develop strategic drug formularies, negotiated drug agreements, and improved drug utilization while reducing cost, improving patient outcomes, and provided a positive overall family experience for hospice groups across the United States. He has also worked at ALLTEL Communications where he handled responsibilities such as increased business development, customer retention, and provided education on new products and services.
Bill received his B.S degree in Marketing from Troy University. He is married to Heather and they have a beautiful baby girl.
