Alan has been serving the Birmingham financial services industry for over 30 years. Upon graduating from Auburn University in 1988, he has spent the majority of his time serving the owners of commercial and corporate banking clients by helping them efficiently grow their businesses, manage their cash flow and providing benefits for their employees. In 2010, Alan made the decision to serve these clients as well as other professionals from a different standpoint as a financial strategist with Peachtree Planning. Alan provides strategic direction for professionals and business owners to build wealth, minimize tax, and transfer estates efficiently. He also participates as one of the members of the Independent Auto Dealers team.
Alan and his wife, Janice, have enjoyed raising their family of three daughters in Birmingham, where he grew up. Alan has enjoyed coaching his daughters and their friends, playing golf, and singing in the praise band at Canterbury United Methodist Church. He has also spent time working with organizations across Birmingham that provide services for families in need such as the Ronald McDonald House, the YMCA, the Monday Morning Quarterback Club, the Kiwanis Club, the Boy Scouts of America and Canterbury Church.
