Since 2009, Brian has built an advisory business which provides thorough and comprehensive financial guidance to clients across the country. He works primarily with business owners, as well as corporate executives and professionals. He also works with educators on ways to potentially maximize their future pension payments.
For the business owner, Brian and his team design and implement executive compensation strategies to reward and retain top company talent. They also provide top-notch solutions and service in 401k-plan management and group life, disability and health insurance. Experience in these areas allows business owners to focus on growing their company profitability. Finally, as business owners prepare to sell or leave their business, Brian and his team help them maximize the after-tax profitability of that exit¹.
With executives and professionals, Brian helps structure and simplify the savings and investing landscape. His advisory approach empowers people with financial knowledge and confidence to create a personalized retirement path, where the client's goals are the benchmarks.
With educators, Brian uses personalized pension data to help analyze future pension options and implement strategies that may allow for increased pension payouts at retirement.
For all three of these categories, Brian helps clients transition from “working for money,” to having their money work and generate income for them. For many people, this income-generation time is “retirement.” For others, it may be the time after sale of a business—even earlier in life—when income is needed to pursue other passions and interests.
As of the summer of 2019, Brian has been placed in charge of Peachtree Planning’s expansion into Greenville, South Carolina, one of the fastest growing cities in the U.S. (https://www.visitgreenvillesc.com/articles/post/why-greenville-sc-is-the-fastest-growing-city-in-the-us-america-unraveled/) He maintains offices in both Greenville and Atlanta.
Brian has been recognized by NAIFA as one of Atlanta’s top financial advisors under 40 years old (2013-2018). He has received NAIFA’s Quality Award (2017, 2018, 2019), recognizing exceptional client service, professional education, industry volunteerism and adherence to the NAIFA Code of Ethics.
He began his collegiate career at the U.S. Naval Academy and graduated from Samford University. After college, he spent five years playing professional football in the NFL, CFL and NFL Europe. He lives with his wife, Jillian, his son, Henry, and his daughter, Hallie, in downtown Greenville, South Carolina.
