Chandler Kornegay has called Knoxville home for the past 15 years. Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, he graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in December 2023 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Cinema Studies and Video Production.
Before joining Peachtree Planning in September 2024, Chandler began his career as an insurance agent with GlobeLife Liberty National. In that role, he learned the value of connecting with people on a personal level—an approach that helped him close a case that had been attempted unsuccessfully by ten previous agents. He brings that same mindset of trust, communication, and understanding to his work at Peachtree.
Chandler chose Peachtree Planning because it allows him to help families protect their futures while educating clients about tomorrow’s financial uncertainties. His mission is to guide people toward informed financial decisions, building relationships rooted in trust and transparency.
Outside of his work, Chandler enjoys photography and videography, particularly drone work, as well as film, television, and spending time with friends.
Chandler lives by the principle: “It doesn’t matter how much you make; it’s what you do with what you make.” His goal is to partner with business owners to grow both their businesses and the communities around them.
