He holds a degree in Business Finance and a Master’s in Sports Management, along with certification as a Life and Transitions Coach—experience that has fueled his passion for guiding athletes as they transition to life beyond sports.

Away from work, Jonathan has been married for 23 years and is a proud dad to two daughters, ages 15 and 11. A lifelong Tennessee Vols fan, he also enjoys spending time outdoors playing disc golf.
