Milam Turner graduated in 1987 with a B.A. in Economics from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA. After graduation, Milam worked for Trust Company Bank in Atlanta in their Management Training Program. In 1991, Milam received his MBA from the Yale School of Management in New Haven, CT.
In 1992, Milam went to work in his family’s automobile dealerships in Selma, AL where he was Dealer/Principal of Turner Chevrolet from 1998 to 2020, at which time he transitioned to Peachtree Planning. He guides his clients on a variety of financial matters including retirement strategies and risk management. Milam develops strategies to help individuals, families and businesses reach financial confidence as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Milam is keenly aware of the nuances associated with small businesses and, in particular, family-owned businesses, as well as dealing with large multi-national companies and their interactions with small businesses.
Milam and his wife, Daneen, have 3 children. He enjoys college football and playing golf.
