Sarah Dozier
Vice President, Disability Income Specialist, Life Brokerage Manager
Sarah is the Disability Income Specialist and Life Brokerage Manager for Peachtree Planning. She is responsible for promoting and providing sales support and underwriting advocacy to our financial representatives and independent agents throughout Georgia and Alabama.
She joined the firm in January of 1998 and began working with her mentor, Al Robertson, in the disability income and brokerage areas. Within a year, she was promoted to a Disability Income Specialist, she also became the Life Brokerage Manager, and was named a Vice President in 2012.
Sarah earned her Life and Health Insurance License in 1999 and served on the board of the Atlanta Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). She has been a member of Guardian’s Product Development Committee as well as a speaker and panelist at the Berkshire’s national meetings and Disability Insurance Specialists School. She has been awarded DIS of the Year three times from Guardian, and in the fall of 2010, was inducted into the Guardian DI Circle of Excellence.
As a graduate of the University of Georgia, she earned her BA in Psychology with a minor in Spanish. She is a native Atlantan and is a member of the Cathedral of St. Philip. Sarah volunteers for Pound the Pavement for Peter, a non-profit charity fun run benefiting children with Peroxisomal Disorders, and the Atlanta Youth Academy, a local school that provides an excellent Christ-centered education to low-income, urban communities. Sarah is married to Martin Dozier, and they have one daughter, Greer.
